蜜蜂因蜂儿太小摘不出来,聪明的景谷人只能用热水烫软连部分蜂巢食用,采用凉拌的做法来食用。凉拌蜂儿做起来并不复杂。事先用开水烫煮一下蜂儿,放水里淘洗干净,除去异质,控干水分凉好,然后用景谷人特有的水腌菜作为主料,把蜂儿放入其中,再加入小米辣、生韭菜、蒜末、大芫荽、酱油、食盐、味精等作料,搅拌均匀即可食用。蜂仔的肥嫩甘鲜、腌菜的酸甜馨香,着实诱人食欲,这美味那真是妙不可言。
