赛事起点依旧为历届标志性起点西安永宁门，全程终点设在大明宫国家遗址公园御道广场，半程终点设在慈恩西路，欢乐跑终点设在高新咖啡创业街区。途经钟楼、唐城墙遗址公园、大雁塔、大唐芙蓉园等著名景点、高校及商圈，让选手们在奔跑中感受古都魅力。
