【小贴士】
1/做蛋黄糊倒牛奶的时候一定要少量多次的倒入并且每次都搅拌均匀,切忌一次性倒入,虽然很少量但是也容易造成油水分离的现象会漂油花,影响蛋糕最后的状态及口感。
2/我用的模具是大约18*6的长条磅蛋糕模,一个比例可以做一个长条蛋糕和一个杯子蛋糕,因为面糊全倒进模具烤的时候会流出来,所以多一点儿可以做一个杯子蛋糕一起烤。此比例还适用加高4寸的圆形蛋糕模具,如果要制作更大的,配方按需求翻倍。
